Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before a lesson at no cost. The lesson is refunded or returned to your package.
Rescheduling
More than 24 hours before the lesson, you can reschedule freely.
Between 24 and 12 hours before the lesson, you can reschedule once for a valid reason, such as illness, a family emergency, or a school schedule change.
Less than 12 hours before the lesson, or without notice, the lesson counts as used. If a serious emergency prevents notice, write to us and we'll review it.
Lateness
If a student is late, the lesson still ends at its scheduled time. After 15 minutes without contact, it counts as a missed lesson.
If we need to change a lesson
If we cancel or have a technical failure on our side, you choose between a new time and a refund for that lesson.
Free consultations
The consultation is free, lasts 20 minutes, and is limited to one per student. It's a conversation about goals and next steps, not a lesson.
Packages
Package lessons are for one student and expire 60, 90 or 180 days after purchase for packages of 4, 8 or 16 lessons. Tell us before expiration if a long absence requires an extension.
SAT Math programs follow the same rules. The 4-week program is valid for 60 days and the 8-week program for 90 days.
Refunds
You can request a refund of unused lessons within the validity period. Lessons already used are recalculated at the $45 single-lesson price, and the balance is returned to the original payment method when possible.
